01What Data This Covers

This page covers any personal data berto.ai holds about you, whether you gave it to us directly or a business sent it to us through a service they connected to berto.ai. Where a business connected the service, that business is the data controller and berto.ai acts as its data processor. We also store limited technical records of when your data was received.

The connected services that currently send personal data into berto.ai are listed below. We update this list as we add new ones.

• Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram) — When a business uses berto.ai with Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, and you submit one of their lead forms, berto.ai receives and stores the information you provided on that form — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any answers to the form's questions.

02How to Request Deletion

To request that your personal data be deleted, email us at info@berto.ai and include the following:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request".
• The email address and/or phone number you submitted, so we can locate your record.
• The name of the business, or the service through which you shared your information, if you know it.

Because berto.ai stores this data on behalf of the business that collected it, you may alternatively ask that business directly to delete your data, and they can remove it from berto.ai.

03What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request within 7 days.
• We will delete the personal data we hold about you (and instruct our systems to remove it) within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation.
• We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

04Revoking berto.ai's Access to a Connected Service

If you are a business user who connected a service to berto.ai and want to revoke that access, follow the steps for that service below. Disconnecting stops new data from reaching berto.ai; it does not delete data we have already received, so send a deletion request as described above for that.

• Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram) — Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select berto.ai, and remove it. You can also disconnect it from within berto.ai at Marketplace Integrations → Meta Lead Ads.
